In a judgment-free zone, attendees will be invited to explore a series of breathwork exercises, stretches, & free-form movement prompts to explore different qualities, textures, & dynamics of movement. This practice awakens the mind, body, and spirit in a gentle yet invigorating way. Shake, Let Go, Shape-Shift, and Embrace whatever arises! The session unwinds with a grounding meditation to bring the energy back to center and settle.
