Puff Puff Pilates

3/22/26 @ 9:30am – we meet at Lighthouse (381 Broadway), and then stroll out for a pre-Pilates smoke/edible sesh. 10am – we do a 45-minute, beginner-friendly, classical Pilates mat class in a gorgeous, separate studio. Then we hang out, have some coffee & pastries, and you leave with an awesome goodie bag.
