The Vault Cannabis Grand Opening Celebration, Featuring DJ Envy

Staten Island, NY — The Vault Cannabis, Staten Island’s licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary, will host its official grand opening celebration on Saturday, March 22, beginning at 12 PM, marking the next phase of the dispensary’s introduction to the community following its earlier soft launch.

The event will feature a special appearance by DJ Envy, who will be on-site from 1 PM to 4 PM, along with brand activations, giveaways, pop-ups, and community festivities throughout the afternoon.

Guests attending the celebration can expect a lively atmosphere, featuring live music, brand pop-ups, product education, raffles, giveaways, and a food truck serving pizza, cannolis, and desserts. The event will also include a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 12 PM.

Participating brands and sponsor partners include Hashtag Honey, Boutiq, Grocery High, Mini Mart, Honey King, Nyce, Dank by Definition, Woodstock, Adirondack Flower, Major New York (Noizey, Synergy, and Mini 1), Wana Jive, Hepworth, and Fernway. The Vault will also be highlighting local photographer, Kareem Moody, with a small photo exhibition showcasing photos he took of local Staten Island music artists, as well as the local tattoo artist, Cruz, who works out of the tattoo parlor Inkstained on Hylan Blvd.

Located in a former bank building, The Vault draws inspiration from the property’s history. The original bank vault remains part of the interior design, giving the dispensary its name and helping create a distinctive retail environment that blends Staten Island character with a curated cannabis shopping experience.

“Our goal has always been to build something that feels authentic to Staten Island while creating an elevated and welcoming cannabis experience,” said Vinny Mazzeo, General Manager of The Vault. “The grand opening celebration is a chance for the community to come see the space, meet the team, and experience what we’ve built.”

Since opening, The Vault has focused on creating a retail environment centered around education, responsible consumption, and high-quality, lab-tested cannabis products, including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories.

The March 22 celebration invites the Staten Island community to experience the space, meet brand partners, and celebrate the continued rollout of legal cannabis retail in the borough.
