On January 11th at Trends Dispensary in Long Island City, step into BlissIn Out’s “Elevator,” a guided, multi-sensory experience that weaves mindful movement, breathwork, gentle stretching, dance, and original music into one intentional journey.
Designed to coincide with the release of the 11-song concept album, Elevator, this event invites participants to uplift, slow down, tune in, and move through sound with presence and intention.
The experience unfolds through a sequence of breath-led movement and accessible stretches guided by Nika Antuanette, paired with original music and lyrics by Jeremy Cone. Each song represents a different “level” of the journey. Songs like “Higher,” and Take it Down,” explore themes of grounding, growth, synergy, and elevation. The track “Red Eye Smile” is a lovely ode to the medicine of cannabis.
Participants are encouraged to listen deeply, move intuitively, and connect with the music at their own pace. No prior experience with movement is required. This is not a performance, but a shared space for reflection, embodiment, and creative expression.
Attendees can expect a supportive, inclusive environment where music becomes a guide, and the body becomes a vessel for listening and transformation.
Elevator is an invitation to rise through movement, breath, and sound while experiencing an album not just as something you hear, but as something you can feel.
BlissIn Out has been doing events in NYC since 2022, and they are thrilled to have their Elevator event at Long Island City’s Trends Dispensary, who share their vision of bringing people together with wellness, art, and cannabis.
